Depends a lot on what your ambient temps are I guess, but in a 80 F room (not sure what that is in C) mine is running about 36-40 idle and 58-60 under load. But that's at 4000 Mhz
I'm curious. Have you tried running it stable with lower Vcore yet? 1.36 just seems a bit high for 4000 Mhz on these chips. I'd be really interested to see how low you can take your Vcore and keep it...

Did you happen to change the CPU V Special ADD in the voltage settings? I think if you leave it on auto it can add a lot of extra voltage to your VCore. You might try setting it to its lowest setting...
