Your PI score is very low. I had 16.640 with 401*9. So with higher strap and I have nothing tweaked. What Vcore do you use and what timings?

My IHS came of easy with a stanley knife.

There is copper plate between the core and waterblock. This makes the temps worse.

Thats actually a pretty nice temp. My temp with IHS removed is 61Stressed. And this is with watercooling and 1.365 Vcore.

I think they are soldered, you never know until you try. However I wouldn't try if you don't know for sure.

I never removed an IHS before. I just got a stanley knife and cut al the sides. It just felt off :P Core had almost no contact with IHS.

My E4300 is Orthos stable @ 3.2Ghz (400*8) with 1.375Vcore. And does 3.9Ghz max suicide screen with 1.7Vcore. All with boxed cooler. Although it's now watercooled and with no IHS :)

Have you removed the IHS? I removed mine today, temps dropped by 12 degrees.
