I'm using Noiseblocker PK-2 (1200RPM), 140mm fans, move good amount of air at 1200 RPM, silent of course. Downside is 25$ a pop :/

This is how mine came out, camera is a bit epic. It matches the Dominator GT's color pretty good, most important is fans don't rattle or make any funny noise.
