What rams are you on?

1 thing I have realised with dual processor is when I use TmpgEnc to convert media files, it mostly runs at about 50% or less processor usage, as compared to a single chip, where CPU utilization...

Try running your ram at stock and just increasing your fsb to get the maximum overclock.
Then run your CPU at stock and clock the ram...
You might be having bad rams...I've had the same problems as...
