sick chip and sick skills mate!
Asus Striker Extreme was my worst pc purchase ever. Went to the P5K Premium right after, and that ironically was my best pc related purchase ever.
WTH would you be looking at the particular spot on an 80 year old anyway?
This is a killer feature!
Source: CNN....nuff said.
Here's a few grains on salt to take with this fear mongering bs.

decent board at that.
Ford Pinto
already sent mine back through RMA. Made a horrible high frequency pitch squealing sound, honestly deafening. Corsair's RMA is top notch though, gotta give Yellowbeard some props, he was on it like...
I voted Honda just because I'm a fan of their engines. Very durable and cheap to replace parts if needed.
any chance your spi files are corrupt?
shame really, some of them are fantastic pieces. some of the generic ones are poorly built, brings the whole list down.
at least someone got it.
I guess it's ironic that I've owned every 5 series card from the 5770 to 5870. Can't wait to start again with the 6770...if that's what it's going to be labeled as.
wasn't the 5850 EOL'd after the 5830 launched?
cinebench is real helpful as well :ROTF:
Looks like a blast, step and splave representin' OCA
Awesome work Stelios, makes me want to go back to the 920 but with the REIII just to beat ya :)
sorry homie, that was coined in a movie called Sex Drive ;)
David Cross is one of my faves. Check out his 'Bigger and Blackerer' DVD, great stand-up.
9v battery, wire on + and - and just hammer any resistor with it :)
Aspire 7745G, but it isn't cheap by any means.
Maybe so but that wasn't purchased retail.
Love it. Gravity is free....use it.
Nice clocks. I got just under 2000mhz CAS8 with my 3x2gb Redline Ascent 12800 with 1.74v. cpuz validation link in sig :)
What volts are you giving these?
Cheers,
Rev
The 970 is 1000 bones here in Canada, and the 980x is 1100 making the 970 a complete joke imho.
I do know that some games and HT don't jive, so voltage isn't going to do much.
If you have that much headroom, I'd still try 1.45v max. C0 920's are tough buggers, don't be shy if you have those...
1.45v would be my limit, but it really comes down to temps. On air that would get you easily over 100C running something multi threaded, my personal rule of thumb with the i7's is to keep them under...
