I spoke with someone at my local computer shop, turns out it was a driver issue, catalyst Ver 15 supports the older video card, but doesn't support the newer one, so they would never work together....

As the title said I can't get my secondary video card to detect any monitor connected to it in windows 10,

I decided to go with dual LGA 2011,

So I ended getting ASRock EP2C602-4L/D16 MB, should have it in a week or so.
Next to get are 2 ntel Xeon E5-2651 V2 (SR19K) 12 Core 1.80GHz

What I'm not...

Checking the heatsink temp, does it feel hot
If the heatsink is well connected and your getting these high temps the heatsink would also be really hot.
which leads to, Does the heatsink have good...

more importantly... if we water cool it, can we overclock it?

it is also about how much power they will consume GH per Watt is very important as well..

and your systems must not pull much power...
My server pulls 276w idle...
