I spoke with someone at my local computer shop, turns out it was a driver issue, catalyst Ver 15 supports the older video card, but doesn't support the newer one, so they would never work together....

As the title said I can't get my secondary video card to detect any monitor connected to it in windows 10,

Prime B350-Plus
1700X (stock)
32 GB ram (2 sticks 2400mhz)
Samsung 960 EVO M.2...
I decided to go with dual LGA 2011,
So I ended getting ASRock EP2C602-4L/D16 MB, should have it in a week or so.
Next to get are 2 ntel Xeon E5-2651 V2 (SR19K) 12 Core 1.80GHz

If the heatsink is well connected and your getting these high temps the heatsink would also be really hot.

that is pretty stupid...
