Normally from previous experience and testing NV drivers would not enable SLI on a 4X slot...
This may have changed but as of last test I had seen this issue.
I am trying to see if I still have...
the issue is that the board does not support 3 way SLI.... the 4X slot is for HBA's or possibly even another card running Physx, but iirc you would need a Ivy CPU to open up those lanes without...
Congrats dude!
Enjoy every minute!
I like your ideas, It sounds like many I have pitched to our own design team..
but in the chassis side there is alot that goes into designing manufacturing and distribution of a case.
also...
Hi There sorry for the lateness of reply,
Unfortunately I do not handle RMA inquiries as that is a different group of people here in the USA office but you can email them your information and...
I have done this many times as well and if you pour enough it will tingle or even sting your mouth.... but never really anything that I would say would cause irreparable damage.
hell im not...
all of the feedback I get is not lost.... it is simply something that helps shape my direction and how i help direct future product development.
at the end of the day like any business there is a...
Hi Kessin,
The MVE and MVF boot very fast so i was not even seeing the raid management screen.... I pressed CTRL+I repeatedly during post and got into it.
unfortunately these boards are just...
haha oh my....
ok so what you need to know?
if you are interested you need to email as stated in the first post to sign up ;)
This kind of goes inline with what I was saying as there are so many variables with so many parts if you know what I mean.... thats why I want to see what we can find out about this actual...
The issue here is why I started this thread...
There is very little factual information on the subject and many see a picture of a horribly corroded interior of blocks or loop and automatically...
As many of you know there is a widespread fear of Galvanic corrosion when using ALU parts in a LCS.
I have seen many of the same pics all of you have, but i feel like there is a lack of...
btw I dont wanna get into beating the dead horse here on galvanic corrosion because im sure many are convinced it will happen.
but I will be opening a new thread in the Thermaltake section we can...
If it was a stand alone rad I could see your cause for concern, but being it is AIO and not being opened or serviced, it has more than adequate corrosion protection to avoid any galvanic corrosion...
I wish core/thread count would matter but most games simply do not scale with CPU cores/threads which is why raw frequency is still needed..... the nvidia inspector I would be a lil careful with...
Yes the CPU clock can make a difference as the cards need to be fed data and when pushing GPU clocks that demand just gets higher...
Increasing the CPU clock might make a big difference for FPS if...
why so much heat on the CPU...
maybe I read it wrong but your loop shoudl be good for 4.6GHz easy and not get too hot...
I would start investigating heat issues before trying to figure out...
what is your CPU clock?
It sounds like your CPU is probably not gonna feed those 4 cards very efficiently.
a X79 with the type of LCS you describe you should easily be able to get 4.4-4.6GHz...
Very Nice Overview, thank you for this
we are still looking for good honest and unbiased community reviewers, cmon guys prove old man dave that he is wrong
This is a very good point and definitely one of the advantages of the unit :)
well if we wanna make sure our product gets better... gotta make sure someone who is already most critical of our product likes the direction ;)
I am serious about what I asked and a company does not just jump in head first into high end LCS market it takes alot of time and research and working with some of the best companies to ensure we...
