[edit] updated firestrike 7464

Tossing in my results here:
[EDIT] Want to clarify that I have the Asus OC version.
3Dmark11 - 1210core, 1260boost, 7800mem. couldn't get anything above 7800 due to artifacts. I think I can...
How high were you able to overclock the card? On the last benchmark in your link it looks like 1220core / 8.4GHz mem? Thats awesome - but were you able to go any higher by chance?
Your current machine will run CS:GO just fine.
Now I know what "Refurb" means hahaha
I did this a few weeks after I got my noctua:

Almost 2 years 2500k @ 4.8GHz 1.34vcore in bios, 1.36vcore in cpuz under load. Running 9-10-9-27 memory at 2133mhz for the majority of that time.
10-10-10-28 @ 1.55vdimm 2133mhz on sandy bridge. going to really play around this weekend and try to get CL9 stable.
Cool thanks for the info guys. I'm hoping to hit 1200, but that's dependent on my chips imc capabilities. If not stable, i'll be sticking with 1066. I'd already ordered the samsung by the time I...
Does anyone have any experience with these:

They look very similar to the samsung low voltage chips that were amazing modules...
I guess my question isn't phrased correctly at all.
In Bios 1801, 2133 is the fastest ram option available.
WIth a newer bios, is 2400 available?
Has anyone been able to get memory to run at 2400mhz on this?
For about 1.5 years I've been running @ 4.8GHz and 2133Mhz memory (9-10-9-27) with no issues at all. Using 1801 bios.
Now I just...
Ket - nice write up, I have a couple of questions/comments
1 - Is this card a boost card?
2 - I'd be interested to see how the card performs in some other benchmarks, preferably non-synthetic :P...
Speedstep disable works with 1801!
No more idling at 1.6GHz!
I'm actually going to enable it, however, since my idle temps are now around 45-50C :(
Just installed OCZ Agility 3 on the Marvell controller with no issues.
I followed OCZs recommended install: update mobo bios (1801), update drive firmware prior to installing windows (2.11), then...
Don't ask questions! Just appreciate those willing to help!
I completely disagree with that statement. Nobody buys an SSD to run at those speeds. For all intensive purposes, it experienced failure.
I don't think the OCZ data should be extrapolated the way it is presented in the graphs. The testing stopped because it was completely throttled. In the eyes of the users on this forum, that would...
Then get with the program, man! :P
I have not had any BSOD under any circumstance with my P67 board. I also took the time to make sure I'm 8+ hrs prime stable. But then again, I am running a relatively low overclock.
Do LinX 20 runs and report back. Also, that's an awefully long defensive post just to state that you still get occasional BSOD. Not stable...
Also, I get 112GFlops at 4GHz... Not...
Interested to see final results.
Great review!
Would you mind posting a close up picture circling these two points?
What are your timings at 2133? Please be clear in your posts, otherwise it benefits no-one. I hope you can get 2133 stable, and even 2300 stable, so the rest of us can learn :)
