Beautifull build tadzik. Coolant looks like smirnoff ice :P
Really nice setup! Lots of attetion to details :) very nice idea on the pump mounting solution.
Cheers from Brazil.
Lovely project! It`s a shame we dont have good parts like these here in Brazil. After seeing this, i think i will start planning building a big case like that by myself. :P
cheers.
This could be "easily" done with the cannon-fenske tube that Martinm210 showed. A quick search on google should get you the info you need to make the tests. This is a common fluids mechanics course...

Malik, does the tygon tubing on your builds get cloudy after some weeks?
That last pic quoted by tsawana is just incredible. You achieve some preety beautifull color combinations!
Really nice setup! Found it quite weird when i saw the bottle written in portuguese, nice to see other brazilians here :)
Pisklink, what about buying a custom top for your pump and put 3/8" barbs? Not the cheapest solution, but you may get nice results with it.
In the case of using 7/16"ID 5/8" OD tubing over 1/2"...
Really beautifull setup jacek ;) Nice cable management aswell!
really beautifull! How much does it weights?
Hmm, dont know if this would be a great idea. Tubing use to deform with time... And i think it would be kind of hard to pass one tubing trough other, it would be quite grippy!
1st decent experience with rendering:

Used solidworks + photoview 360, took 1hr 49min to render.
Really beautifull reservoir :) , the window has the shape of an absorbent :P.
I dont think that this magnet system would be reaaly usefull, but certainly waterpumps have much stronger magnets on...
I had a similar problem with my mcr320 when i bought it. Seems that if you use big fittings it wont attach completely, o'ring wont be compressed and it will leak. On my case, i solved it using 2...

Really good looking block. Which tool did you used to cut the micro channels? Cnc with a reaaally thin cutter?
