Hey tomcug, I found that the P5W DH likes to run mem at 1:1 and gets better performance doing so. At 425 fsb 1:1 with your mem you might be able to run at 3-3-3-5.

Turn up the volts!! Cpu to 1.55. that will equate to about 1.52. With good cooling it will be just fine. I have been hitting 2 E8400's for just about 1 1/2 years and they have never seen under 1.52...
