Its a Sandra FX thing.. Mine will do it no matter if its clocked or not. AIDA works ,Cinbench, 3Dmark,ATTO disk bench and many more work flawless. So i suspect its a Sandra thing with Win7 64 OS....

C6 works FX nice . Ive tried it up to 5100mhz, no complaints here , the chip does what its suppose too .

I use a dvom with temp sensor placed at the IHS..Most of the time im with in +or - two degrees when using core temp. Im still running 5000mhz and 1.6v volts:)
