Thanks for that. If u go to the asrock site, in spec of the extreme 4 gen 3 it wont say the sata 3 is on the z68 chipset and in the bit tech teview u see that the sata is on a p67 chipset, that is so...

Still thinking to buy the extreme 4 gen 3 board, but theres something im not really understanding.

HI, ive just order 2x 60gb vertex. Should i also use sata2 cables for it?
Will it really going faster withe the sata2 cables?

finally flashed it, the 1st and 2nd time it was saying unable to open file.
After the 3rd time try it flashed. Im 100% i didnt misstype anything the 1 and 2 time,
maybe broken usb stick.

I did the same thing whats on the first page. It wont let me flash any of the
rampage bios, but i can flash the all the maximus bios.

I cant update the bios with 0601 and the rest of the rampage bios.
It says not able to open the file. The maximus bios are working fine,
but i really want that rampage bios. Can somebody help me :D

May i ask what the best oc bios is for the maximus formula, cuz im still using 0602.

Forgot some, does this board also support 45 nm?

ive check in the bios, CPU= 39C NB = 70C SB = 55, after it hit 70c it freeze

just downgrade it to 1202 but still freezes, sigh.............

sigh, its not working. I can acces to the bios, but after a couple mins, it freeze. I only can acces the bios if a remove the cable from the psu for a couple of hours.
I think I need another bios....

But what should i do when i enter the bios? I allready upper the vcore to 1.35v with an other cpu, but it will once boot once and thats it. Can u guys recon any bios that works good with a q9450?
