looking at this thread, OP, its quite clear - you just need more efficient exchange between water and air (ie more rad space) - i have an 8800gtx and a small e6420 in my loop with TWO pa120.2's and...

are your rads pulling air from the case, or pushing air into? they are not very restrictive (to air), so if you have a pa120.2 there with fans blowing air into the case, thatll do the job for you.

well, i put it to you that that fan you have there on the hdds is doing nothing unless you have it at a very high rpm (and so noise).

if you take your hard discs and have them so that the bit sticking out (ie with the connectors etc) is facing the front of the case (you can only do this by removing the hard disc fans) you gain an...

seriously though -isnt that big flat piece of metal just going to trap the heat in? it has no significant increase in surface area compared to the chips its cooling.
