I just picked up an asus card but it had crasy throttle now its fixed with a modded bios but 1470 modded cooling is all it will do with 1.28v have to try...

You are not the only one I heard with the droop but I find my card normal voltage dropping.
Not that it does a lot for me overclocking wise anyway that's why it games now.

You should be ok with 1.40v on dice then I had 1.38ish at 1350ish 65% asic

Thats about what my xfx 290xxx does but sadly i just killed it the other at @1.49ish so I have a SAPPHIRE
card on the way that I might take it easier on :D
