tried to install winxp64 on this board - went fine until i installed intel chipse drivers and lost all usb functionality - conacted microsoft and they said they were...

no i have the 8 pin power connector.

my memory is default at 2.1 volts
however as i have never used the board i am sure it is at its default of 1.8v

tried substituting cpu's, ram , psu, and gfx. still same result:
the seconds i even plug in the psu the LCD displays "cpu init"#...

if its not a big deal for you maybe try it wih winxp just to rule it out as being the only cause.

sony hv-20 wins every contest online for best consumer hd camera.

However i just purchased the jvc-hd7 because it feels much heavier has some nice manual options at your finertips and you cant...

cant decide on the mobo
seems to be pros and cons for both.
primarily for quad core overclocking with 4x1gb sticks anf only 1 graphics card.
any convincing suggestions?!

i wonder if simply giving more volts will get them past the wall if you have tec/phase cooling?

You have the chip at 3657 under load for 45mins stressing 4 cores and its only reading 37 degrees on one of the cores and 29 on the rest?

Could that be right? i thought...

looks like the e8500 could be the chip for me! i'd say it will like a 437watt peltier...

looks likec2d is the way forward for this tec setup then....

have got a brand new 437 watt tec rig to install incluing new waterloop but have been holding off as my q6600 g0 is such a hot runner at 3.6 and up that i dont think i will get much performance for...
