How hot does your chipset run with these clocks and voltages?
My guess is you should be able to melt lead on it, cause mine is pretty hot on a 790X with just a slow side fan...

Both fan and the shroud are screwed to the base plate and you gotta screw the base plate to the card before installing the waterblock...
