haha yeah.. you probably have too much money to spend :)
Nice build.. I'll probably afford something like this in 1yr or more :)
BTW, will you consider selling the case alone, without motherboard, CPUs, etc?
I'd like to use that case for my main build...
there's only one board. the intel board from centrix. if not for these guys, the system wouldn't be practical

I own a P6T WS Pro as well..
Could you please post your BIOS settings for this overclock?
Also, what do I need to increase in order to get higher BCLK speed? The QPI voltage?
It seems I can't get...
Pretty nice board.. however it seems that Asus still has some work to do on its bios. Like most of the times, actually.. :)
I am running 0907 right now. NOTHING changed! I've tried like every bios that was released after the original bios..
Dual channel still works on dimms 2+3, and no 4 installed dimms are allowed. With...
have a very weird problem with Crucial Ballistix Tracer memories, and Crucial Ballistix (non-tracers). I have 4 of each kind (Tracer and non-Tracer).
On Maximus Formula I wasn't able to install all...
If you're planning to use a SAS Raid controller, you should chose one using PCI-E x4 or PCI-E x8 slot, the PCI-X is slower and will be soon obsolete.
I am also looking for a P5E WS PRO or P5E64 WS PRO motherboard. Unfortunately, I cannot find anywhere in US or Canada. Maybe someone knows where to find one ? I would really appreciate, thanks.
newegg doesn't have P5E64 WS PRO yet.. I don't think it is out for sale so soon
I wonder if the P5E64 WS PRO will have all 4 PCI-E x16 slots running at x16 speed.. that would be awesome.
And I wonder about it's compatibility with Perc 5/i SAS Raid controller, which uses x8...
I just found out that 2 days ago.. It seems I will take the P5W64 WS PRO or the P5WDG2 WS PRO :(
I don't need the PCI-X anyways. I will need the second PCI-E X16 for my PERC 5/i SAS Raid controller :D
what memory uses P5E WS PRO? DDR2 or DDR3? i saw contradicting info on the net. Some ppl say DDR2, some ppl say DDR3.
I would want DDR2 as I don't think the performance increase is deserving double...
what about eSATA and Wi-fi ? It is going to have any of those ? from the pictures on the net it seems it won't..
I made a promise to myself not to buy Gigabyte mobos ever again. I will not break it :D
I guess I will stay with this MSI board until X38 comes out and I will try an Asus again.. I hope it will work well this time... :(
1. big problems with SATA controller (especially with Western Digital drives - SATA2 not working properly).
this is an already know issue with this board, hundreds of ppl have this problem. some of...
Also hard drives performance is weaker than the Asus P5K.. tested with HD Tach 3.0.4.0. I tested 2x750GB Seagate SATA2 16MB in Raid-0 and it's lower on average with ~10MB/sec..
I managed to get FSB1333 stable (not fully tested yet).
However, I can't go with the memory upper than 800mhz.. I've tried 1200, 1066 and 1000mhz and it's not stable. I've been using 2.2V and 2.25V...
I have Q6600 G0. I used to have ASUS P5K Premium (P35) and I had a max fsb around 460 (I used it at 450x8=3600mhz, 24/7).
Now I have MSI P6N Diamond, and on this crappy board I can't get even 333mhz...
