If steam is trying to expand into linux and osx then it only makes sense that valves own games are built ontop of opengl.
The pcper review paints a very sorry picture for the current state of crossfire, which I think far more interesting than the performance of this card. Although the performance per watt advantage...
The only really exciting thing about this is the prospect of PC ports being more frequent and higher quality, the hardware is bare minimum required to make this thing last 7-10 years, and probably on...
Who exactly associates GM with high quality?
Sega getting relic means we wont get consolised crap from relic but lets not kid ourselves, the total war series are buggier than most console ports.
I can't see why I would ever want to play a game on the shield thing if I can just play it properly on my pc.
So long as they put a real keyboard in and not the trash they put into the x230. A better screen would be good as well.
Always approach the misses with the prospect of SLI in the future.
That's all been set. I've found that if I remove all the ram chips and plug them back in, the system boots with signal fine. However this is going to get annoying very quickly if I had to do this...

If it's only Intel then surely all eyes will be upon them, especially in the EU?
I thought the reports from a couple months to a year back were that it was to be based off of the 48xx series?
Yea the 670's are pretty badly over priced compared to the 7950, they should be $350-400.
Hopefully this forces nvidia into some price cuts.
I wouldn't say you see lag. I played BF3 for 3-4 months on a GTX 260 and a 2 core sandy bridge celeron, and when I plugged in the quad core ivy, my fps didn't really increase, it just massively...
Depending on the severity, I'm pretty sure with most people if you sat them in front of a computer where one was microstuttering and the other was smooth, they'd be able to see the difference pretty...
Microstutter is pretty noticeable. This is why techreport do the best reviews as you can see the rendering time traces, which makes it easy to spot whether it will be smooth or not.
Wonder how it compares to the East Indian Company or the VOC in their heyday.
What makes you say that? The only material property they give you is the hardness.
You missed the joke.
It's a perfect match really, the most reliable HDD maker buys the most reliable SSD maker....
