That means that we won't see FM2+ packaged unit with higher than 95 watt TDP.
I would buy an eight-core Steamroller FM2+ CPU (w/o IGP).
Yesterday Lisa Su mentioned that they are aiming to raise the performance/watt ratio. I think that we won't see any more new AMD CPU with higher than 95 watt TDP.
IMHO it's not necessarily bad at...
Exactly
I'm gonna make a write endurance test on a Samsung 840. Could you please tell me the settings for such a test?
Thank you
An awesome paper launch from AMD.... again.
Still not available to buy. :(
Not really. Vishera (Piledriver v2) includes all Trinity (Piledriver v1) enhancements.
Actually Piledriver v2 includes some additional enhancements over v1. link
Bulldozer (Zambezi), Vishera and Trinity have the same cache subsystem.
L1I: 1x64kB for 1 module
L1D: 2x16kB for 1 module
L2: 1x2048kB for 1 module
That's interesting. Is it official?
That's a very good review anyway.:yepp:

My review@Prohardever

Wrong
"Agena" DR-B2 = Phenom 9500
"Deneb" RB-C2 = Phenom II 940
"Zambezi" OR-B2 = FX-8150
"Vishera" OR-C0 = FX-8350
Similar schema.
Who talked about Bulldozer?
That man is a walking bulls**t river regardless of the topic.
When will Intel join? :)
(rhetorical question)
Ohh God, please save us from that s**t.
I think he has nothing. We'll see some fake results again. I could do the same easily.
AMD "Vishera" FX-Series CPU Specifications Confirmed
+10% IPC & +10% clock. It means approximately +20% over FX-8150.
old news
No new socket for Vishera.
FudZilla? The thread can be closed now.
Did I miss something?
