Well, the best thing to isolate this kind of problem is to run tests @ stock and have some spare hardware...
Test the mobo with different ram and cpu...
if you don't have spare hardware try......
Try the obvious...
Set vNB to default
Raise it's speed until it won't boot anymore
Raise the vNB just one increment
Return to step 2
If you have your vNB to high It may cause as much...

Hi there.. sorry for this kind of thread again, but after looking some threads like this, where prime would freeze the system after some time runing withouth errors, none of the solutions did...
It seems like it was something with the timings.. setting the biostar bios to read the epp profile didn't get me to stability, but setting manually the timings from the epp profile did the trick

It seems like my cpu is not doing well @ 4GHz, even with all that voltage.. 4050MHz was a no go... totally unstable... C0 stepping is very voltage hungry... default vid is 1.225v...
