Ihave an Asus Sabretooth X79 in ACHI , no raid and I cannot for the life of me find out what IRST driver to use. These X79 and Intels IRST are a nightmare. I have an 840 Pro 512gb.

You certainly were right about that. I have a reg program called JVPower Tools and it searches for reg entries, I am afraid I do not know what to delete, there are dozens of IRST V 11 and V3e Drivers...

I have tried very IRSTe and RST driver with my X79 Sabertooth in Achi mode, everything that was discussed in ths thread including buffer flushing enabled. It was horrid, only the MSACHI work at all...
