Hi, it seems that there have been issues with cold boots (namely BIOS reseting to defaults after a complete poweroff/unplug); is this related to a specific BIOS version such as 403? I was wondering...

I just bought a used e2140 and i cant seem to get it over 2.9GHz (363 x 8)...i've tried to up the voltage up to 1.5 and i still can't get it stable or even boot into windows - it actually freezes at...
