Dropping a few cubes in the res or looping the line in a bucket of Ice should be ok too, because it wont get below freezing.. Keeping track of all the temps could get rough, so were on the honor...

The Idea is to limit the cooling to 32deg f or higher.
we all know chillers can go way below 32f, but were on the honor system and cheaters (if caught) will pay a steep penalty.
