NO it wont work becuse the tubing that you link its 3/8-1/2... the fittings that you wanna use goes with 3/8-5/8 tubing...

That stainless steel plate is removable... just grab an optical flat screw driver and carefully lift up even !

about the performance, i have own 2 EK FC 4870x2 in both finish and the performance was exactly the same.......
