Difficult to say because it depends on the specific batch you get. The only way to know if you can mix them is to test. If you encounter problems, let us know and we can try to help.

If you want 16GB, get a 16GB kit (4 x 4GB). We can not guarantee two separate kits to work at DDR3-2400.
That is a quad channel motherboard, so for best performance, you want 4 modules.
Once you enable XMP, all XMP settings will be displayed. Notice two voltages, 1.65V (DRAM) and the other should be 1.25V (VCCSA). If it is not automatically set, you can manually input it.

Profile #2 should work great for Haswell platform and CPU.
Thank you

Wish you a smooth surgery and speedy recovery!
Cheers
AUTO is fine for that memory kit. It does not need to be adjusted.
Thank you

Sounds like the motherboard may be defective if it will only work in single channel. Get it replaced and that should solve your problem.

They may look different and/or use different chips/boards, but they will all be compatible with your motherboard. Choose the one you like and it should work well.

Contact the RMA dept. and they can provide details.

The memory chips are not designed for that motherboard, so you may have difficulties reaching the rated specifications. They should work just fine for P55; for SB, a BIOS/EFI update may be necessary....
Do you have CPU-NB Frequency at 2400MHz?
That is necessary for optimal performance (for that CPU).
Thank you
GSKILL TECH
AUTO default settings will probably be best with that motherboard.
Thank you
GSKILL TECH
The RAM is compatible, you may have a bad motherboard. Is the mobo new?

CL9 2400 sells fast, so you have to keep an eye out. When they are available, you have to snatch them. Wait a minute too long, they can be gone. I am not certain of future stock, but they will be...
You have DDR3-1600 CL9 1.50V?
For DDR3-2000, you can try 10-11-11-30 1.65V
You just need to test timings @ 1.65V to see if it is capable, and whether results are better than lower...
The DDR3 JEDEC standard is DDR3-1600 (800MHz)
All that shows you is when you insert the modules, with AUTO settings, the max the motherboard can default to is DDR3-1600 (800MHz). You must enable...
XMP will not work for multiple kits. Three kits is not guaranteed, we can only guarantee a single, complete, 24GB kit.

Great write up my friend, gives beginners a lot of hope and courage. :D
High performance kits are always limited, so they are sold out quickly. We got some in stock yesterday, so contact your dealer to see when they can import some.
As far as "naked" RAM, no, you...
Yes, they can, but there are kits under the RipJaws X series that are better for that motherboard.
Thank you
GSKILL TECH
Sniper is low voltage, RipJaws is normal.

Wow, those prices make it a very tough decision..
Can you use more than ~7GB? If possible, then may as well go with 16GB kit.
If you just want a very good gaming kit, the 1866 will be a good...
Nice! Glad to hear, thanks for sharing/updating.
Thank you

Definitely the RipJaws X, they are worth the price over DDR3-1600.
