I just discovered that attempting to run Intel's toolbox optimizer while running FC disk cache results in a flag stating the optimizer will not run in a raid configuration.

Five C300s, the first of which was among the first shipped by Micron. Drives have been in various PCs, in different arrays and in various configs. I have not seen any performance degradation at all....

Bought yet another 256GB C300 - this on ebay. $300, I could not resist. I'll find use for it.
