Temps, no not really. This chip, even at this very high/er than average voltage, always sat cool even loaded.

I did however find a combination to use with ACC to unlock an extra core. So it now...

I assume those cracks where there before I took the integrated heat spreader off. No change, the Cpu only unlocks L3 cache to 1 core via ACC.
