I love my Ryzen 3900X. Using the stock HSF and don't have any issues with heat. The 7nm chips just run at temperatures a little warmer than we're used to, but it's completely fine.

I think you're really out of luck man. It's really unlikely anyone on here has a Gateway SX2360. As mentioned, you really should have backed your BIOS up before doing this.

I personally never used it. Just used the "share folder" option. The share printer network option was never terribly difficult to use either.
It's not just UEFI settings. The X400 motherboards may have been/improved trace routing to improve memory performance and reliability as well.
