It's all for me! :) Big thanks for still doing hard and tiring testing work.

It's about time. Unlike for other LC vendors with almost yearly evolutionary upgrades, HK3 was around for many years, hence rather interesing, what they came up with.
I'd wait for reviews of 880 to find out one thing - if they support HDMI 2.0 or not. Might be handy for normal SST output to UHD TVs without DP. After all UHD/4K might be where extra gpu power is...
Cost should be gauged a bit differently for universal blocks compared to normal full cover blocks, that one can only throw out after gpu upgrade.
Still, i miss those times of EK HF-ish design with large logos or at most few diagonal stripes and less angular block shapes (including old SLI/CF connector).
Csq :(
RyNemesis: On this my point was: if desired overclock couldn't be reached with extra 5C temps with gpus on same loop, i wouldn't use said overclock at all, as that in my eyes is not reliable/stable...
Dunno, i like it's idea a lot, as imho that is how any modern universal gpu block should have been (high, to enable SLI/CF bridge usage (there are others, eg. EK's bridge edition); universal vrm...
I guess that microsw has small fittings & tubing because of two things: 1) as flow there is paralelized to flow through main block, it would be worse if lot of flow came through 2ndary subloop, 2)...
Hmm, imho indeed no need to go higher then 1.5gpm. But it may be worth to start from 0.2-0.25gpm, as flow per block can get rather low for SLI/CF paralel loop setups.
On both AA5 & AA6? And does pwm support problems include MCP35X?
MCP655? Laing D5 Vario that is? It should be more then 3000 on max IIRC, except if maybe it's -B variety with no built in speed switch and running on 4th speed permanently (of 1-5 speeds of normal...
Placement of pump should be thought of only along the lines 'behind reservoir'. No extra need to evenly distribute them in loop. Depending on pump type used (eg. from Laing or in general something...
DB: i wonder if you have any plans of trying out some project of completely different looks then high tech futuristic ones. For example - some retro/steampunk build with wood/tarnished copper/oldish...
Turbulence where it's needed, and less of it where losses from it outweight gains. Sometimes "professional" thermal engineers think out .. something very weird, ignoring any experience from others...
Front plates of controllers .. are not pink! :)
BTW, if your res is tube type and has long enough tubing going to it, nothing keeps one from putting case to side, taking res out from mounting clamps and have it at highest or lowest point of loop...
With universal blocks & testing top-end gpus using lot of power it's probably worth to double think out vrm cooling, so as to not follow skinneelab fate of burning gtx 480 during testing :)
FPS up but temps down? My bet is of yet another case when vendor puts in some benchmark or game specific "optimisations" by taking shortcuts or worsening rendering quality in such cases. IIRC i even...
Difference between middle finned rads vs thick low FPI rads is not that big. Rather think of adding extra rad sections to loop, or simplest - put fans on both sides to current rad in push-pull, if...
Black plate for 380.
Now i can say that this block isn't ugly anymore.
Oh, Koolance finally released black mount adapter plate to fit black block top? Just as predicted, looks much better. Though hmm, i see nothing on their store.
Is it really that hot, or rather usual intel penny pinching on TIM1.
With length shown in pics i'd rather estimate cooling capacity of this to less then that of 1x120 rad section. And that with more then one fan, or putting tubing into some air tunnel, or bending it...
You didn't understand me right. I like bling, and i like bling of metal tubing (such as in eg. murderbox). I won't use such myself as it's harder to do and more expensive then lazy and cheapass me...
