Anyway CPUs don't die that easily, especially 65nm. And most people don't run higher than 1.6V...

Anyway im still pushing this pig Q6600, but my board's vdroop and vdrop is getting ridiculous, for example when I set in BIOS 1.6v, I get 1.580 idle and 1.52v load. like wtf! and that's with the load...
