The best way to do that would be to open everything up, underclock and undervolt your computer for a night, kick the fans to 100% and then your water should be very close to the ambient temp.

Uncle did testing on an actual Q6600, I believe that most other programs used Intel docs to find the Tjmax. I will use RT until someone can prove otherwise that it isn't 95c.
