had this issue with 185.20 and used 181.20 at Server 2K8..

it sure needs the ovp and water to go higher...
you should definetely try it....
it`s like you have a different mobo on cold...
managed to squeeze sth more out of the 965 @ -44C load...not even 30K....mpliah......
guess it`s time to mod the card...:)
