Hey im going throught the same,you can use r-studio,ontrack recovery,pc inspector file recovery...the last one is free the other ones like ontrack are very good but expensive unless you find it...

Help please i was playing a game when my pc crashed when it restarted a the bios setttings were gone and the pc hangs on the blinking _.i tried installing windows again, system restore, clear cmos...

So was it an improvement or same thing?

Never mind i used winimage to edit one of your .imz files,i removed whatever .rom file was there and put the one i wanted then i saved it has a new file....
