Problem solved with BIOS F3d for Gigabyte (thank you T_M) and also solved in the P5K3 using the 0905 BIOS.

It boots up to 4.2Ghz 1.28v on air ! (only stable in Spi). Also 4.4Ghz at 1.40v.

I also have this mobo and I can't break over 450Mhz FSB stable with a QX6850. The QX9770 doesn't boot into it :(

I've seen some X38-DQ6 and X48-DQ6 from Gigabyte in some sites using this CPU, so my X48T-DQ6 should also do it... unless those people were using a non public BIOS. I'm still waiting an answer from...
