That's an unlocked processor running at 12x, so it's still impressive, but not as much as it would be at 15x.

BTW, a review is out at VR-Zone. Doesn't really shine considering it's the last one...

One more note. This would have to be for a processor that has quite a bit of surface area like a P4.
