Only board I could find in micro atx lga 1155 that does sli and has 7.1 sound.

Not overclocking it @ ~100 less compared to a 2600k why not? just think this is a deal for the price that's all.

do some research you'll see that these also do use the z68 chipset.

Just got my Intel Xeon E3-1230 today socket LGA 1155 cant wait to test this out just waiting on my GIGABYTE GA-Z68MX-UD2H-B3 to come in. It also came with this mini heat sink. I paid around $220...

+1 i do the same with BE cpus. i rather a lower multi then a i higher one.
