i have MALAY batch L311B286.. 4.6GHz needs 1.2V, 4.7GHz needs 1.22V, 4.8GHz needs 1.27V, 5.0GHz needs 1.35V...

I have found strange thing about my 4670K OC... kind of voltage step..
for 4.6GHz needs 1.2V, for 4.7GHz is 1.22V, but for 4.8GHz is 1.27V... 100MHz difference but require 0.05V more..
same...

changed paste under IHS from NT-H1 for CooLaboratory Ultra and temp dropped another few degrees :)

in my opinion changing VRIN makes no difference... no matter what i do with Vcore and ratio, VRIN (Vccin) when left on AUTO stays at 1.8V... kinda strange, i know.. but MOBO designers must know...

i don't get it.. i tried x50 and i left VRIN (Vccin) on AUTO and it was still holding at 1.8V. why u guys trying to bring it up? i tried 2.1V for my OC it didn't make it more stable...

for 4.7GHz i have 1.27 Vcore, 1.3V Vring, 1.8V VRIN.

looks like L310... and L311... are the best.

didn't test it for stability tho :P and i don't think it would pass any test, but 5.0GHz for Haswell can't be bad ;)
