I see but at 1.35v with the ek water blocks i would need to workout some way to handle the vregs at that voltage.

ok after alot of reading found there where some changes to CCC/overdrive in drivers 7.12 and up that will make your head hurt it is this simple just install drivers only pack without ccc/overdrive...

at 860 when a full 3d game is open like world in conflict or 3dmark06 system will lockup

the gpu is around 50c max 50.8c at 1.35v with core 854hmz gpu

I have no issue with volts can get gpu up to 1.35v

i can't get the gpu to run at 860mhz and up at the folowing volts
1.2v (stock)
1.25v
1.3v
1.35v

i can run just no issues at 1.2v at 854mhz

Q6700 G0 @3.8ghz 1.565volts almost idle cores at 42c to 47c
tj. Max at 100C

so doing some updates I have

the second ek waterblock for my 2900xt

I also have a pic of my setup with the second 2900xt in the system doing testing to make sure everything works before...

at first i had no backplates and it did work but the mobo has a little bend in it so I now have backplates and say they are the way to go.

contact asus to get one should be easy.

and if you go wT4 is the light its 60 UV led's on one side of case and 60 on the other side.

with the setup with all fans at slow my temps are

cpu 17C idle this is at 2.6ghz
NB 29C
SB 31C
