not necessarily. i dunno anything about metro patches/updates but it's a possibility that game itself isn't optimized or has a bug? am not sure, just a thought.

just one question pls: i never tried such a solution but what's the benefit of going such very high resolutions? i mean, pushing the card to limit by consuming all the memory and spiking up the power...

am loosing my sleep over that :shakes: any hardware component i choose should be truly cross-platform - linux/mac/windows support must coz me not biased or tagged to a particular OS.

late means, they should have planned their mobos along with bloomfield processor launch. many mobo makers sell their products like hot cakes with the newly launched processors. only recent processors...

true, those bloomfield processors cost more, generate more heat and power bill. plus they are loosing to 2nd gen sandy bridge in terms of price/performance.

I'm thinking to buy a new card but am in multiple minds :D Only one card is enough. Multiple LCD support required. i won't do OC or anything else.

VX2739wm, best value for the money plus it's a good monitor if not the best of the best :)

It's quite obvious from that temperature difference but no need for any special server boards, a solid workstation board like Asus P7P55 WS Supercomputer et al should do the job.
