I think what dave was on about, is that they default to 60multi if using unlocked multiplier chip! 775 did

Had similar issues here, just turn off overclocking recovery, its in Quantum Bios, last option, select disabled.

Your troubles should now not occur, remember if you hit cmos button overclock...

Wish I had found this earlier, just spent hours trying to find what was wrong with board or Peripherals’.

So is this just with P10 bios? Or should I flash again?

first thing I noticed how hot the NB seemed to be, even with fan blowing on it.

so found an old Mips NB from 'DFI...

Been awhile, but have been busy, cutting, changing captubes, I think I learnt some aspects of the influence the cap tube has. Also changed some pipe work, some for better and some I need to change Lp...

So what lenght is cap tube at moment? is it still 2.1mt

Try these settings: 2.0v for mem, mem will go a bit more but looses stability.

Also I noticed, when adding memory sticks, or removing sticks, at first boot after this event, check bios...
