Good to see you back! I'm kinda getting back myself.
Even though I never stopped selling my brackets I haven't
really messed with my system or WC for a bit. Look forward to getting

I remember looking for these a while back when I was doing some testing.
They come stock with the pump normally. Any grommet that accepts a #10
screw would probably work. Check your local home...
This is actually one of the reasons I first designed my brackets. Even before I contemplated selling them I realized my pumps were hot. I though mounting them on a piece of foam was a bad idea and...
Looking good can't wait to see it all together!
Great job so far.
I have my 4870X2 with a 4870 in trifire.
It runs a U3011 Dell in BFBC2 and works fine.
I can't use any driver past 10.5 or I get CTD.
I'm waiting till BF3 is about to come out before
I get new...
Looks really interesting! Can't wait to see the results.
It's funny how BF3 is affecting a lot of us in one way or another with regards to our builds.
I'm upgrading to an i7-970 today from a 920 so I should be able to tell you if it makes a difference or not. I mostly play BFBC2 which seems to use the CPU a lot so I'll see if there is a performance...
I'm using that setup now and it seems to scale nicely. Couldn't run BFBC2 maxed out with just the X2 so I got the 4870 to trifire. Helped alot and now everything works great.
One note is that I'm...
I've had good experience with the (UN)Brackets!
The DDC when used with the rubber grommets that come with it are decoupled and the bracket generally takes most of the rest of the vibration.
...
I would too!!
I appreciate the support!
It's just a little frustrating that the drivers have gotten worse for my setup. I could see not getting significantly better but actually getting worse is amazing.
I...
I have a 4870X2 and a 4870 in tri-fire and with these drivers it's crash to desktop within a few minutes of playing BFBC2. I'm sure it's the trifire setup. Anything after 10.5 has not worked for me....
well here's mine http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/showthread.php?t=212236
I think it's kind of tidy!
Man are you serious?? Simply the facts are that AMD
is seriously lacking in the multi GPU driver optimization.
Why does everything up to 10.5 work great but everything after doesn't?
Actually...
So I tried these and with my setup (4870X2 and a 4870 trifire) I get CTD with BFBC2! Went back to 10.5s again and two hours of play and no CTD and no spawn lag.
Is it too much trouble to make...
People say it cause they do have issues.
There are thousands of configurations so just cause you don't have it doesn't mean the next guy doesn't.
It's almost like people think people complain...
I'm back to 10.4A drivers AGAIN!
I have tried every version after 10.4A
and all CTD in BFBC2 after a short time.
I have a 4870X2 and 4870 trifire. I'm
absolutely no fan boy on either side and...
Actually have quick disconnects in front of both the GPU and CPU and no problems at all. Benefit outweighs any small restriction.
That second build is my Torture rack!
It's testing a AMD quad core at the moment.
My daughter had a school science project so
we did air cooling vs. water cooling...guess which won??
Those...
The problem is I'm not sure if the Infinite by itself
is strong enough for two pumps. It was designed for one
pump. You could mount this XX on a Z2, Z3, or Infinite
horizontal and that should...
The drain port is in the back. More pics on that soon!
The wood was professionally finished and painted by the same
shop that paints my brackets. They do a lot of custom car and motorcycle
stuff...
Actually the power button as well as the on/off for the case lighting is on the desk. There is also a Blu ray drive on the desk. The two DVD burners in the case IMHO suck! They slightly nick the...
I believe both the D5 and DDC version use the same mounting
points so the bracket would work on either one.
Correct me if I'm wrong though....
Actually I have panels for the bottom I just haven't put them on yet!! Cables will be dealt with I promise!
I just wanted to get it on the wall to see it working.
No it just means I can finish up the front panel and figure out what I want to do with those wires.
As far as functionality it is complete though! BFBC2 FTW!!!!
