For a vapochill those temps are pretty good imo. A cascade would be much better, however if you are running a day to day setup I doubt it would be a good idea.
Thats full load though isn't it? Show me a AMD CPU thats benched @ full load @ 7GHz?

When benching SP1M your CPU speed is way more important then RAM speed (as long as the ram isn't running 1000MHz 10-10-10-30 etc).

Are you sure you don't mean 5GHz not 6.5GHz? I'm sorry I just believe anyone has or had a 980x that would even boot XP @ 6.5GHz on anything above -100C. No matter the vcore.
How cold was your chiller? Getting to 6GHz on anything hotter then LN2 is good.

That looks good enough to me, however I would put some dialectric grease in the ram slot/s closest to the CPU. I doubt the PCI-E needs it unless your video card is going subzero.
