I'm still waiting on the Enermax RMA. I'll let them replace it. The Enermax cooler worked great until it leaked.

Keep a close eye on the Enermax Liqtech TR4 cooler. I had it installed in a Thermaltake core x9 case so the motherboard is mounted flat. The Enermax sprung a leak which allowed the coolant to run...

Thanks for the compliment.
I'd like to test the Z87 as I haven't tested much of anything for quite a while now. I'd like to test three of the Samsungs this time but the piggy bank won't allow that....
Great score B Gates.
Did you test the Z87 with two of the Samsungs?
Well what do you know. The only game in town is back in town.
Great result B Gates. Very stong:up:
I almost went with the 840 pro 256's when I bought the Vectors but I really liked the Write speed of the Vectors. I'm looking forward to your 840 test results.:)
Single Vector tests
I tried a bunch of different things but I didn't find any combination that really worked all that well with the single drive. With the fresh install of Server 08 R2 I never...
Thanks B Gates, that saves me the time and trouble of testing several different versions.
I'm doing a fresh install of server 08 to clean it up a bit for the single Vector tests. In the other...
I'll run some single Vector tests for you tomorrow Kain665. I ran a couple of single Vector tests this afternoon and the results were quite low. I need to sort out the intel driver it doesn't appear...
Closer but not quite 2.5K in AS SSD. I pulled some old Gskill F3-1200CL6?s out of the old hardware box and gave them a shot at it.
I think with a little more tweaking they?ll give me what I?m...
Thanks.
Nice results that you posted.
I have improved on my AS SSD bench results a little bit. I'm hunting for the keys to unlock a 2.5K result and I'm getting close but not quite...
I hope it?s ok by UranusFX if I post some test results here in his thread? I hope the screen shots aren't to large.
I bought two of the Vectors at Micro Center on the 1st and I?ve been working...
This is an evening shot of some sort of Tiger moth feeding from the flower while in flight.

So how much higher than 2.v was it? Which motherboard? Looks like CPU-Z rejected your test too. Nice overclock none the less.
Hope you ended up with a great score. Didn't sound like you were short on MB's. How many CPU's did you buy for these tests, if you don't mind me asking?
I'd say it was back luck with this CH5F, I mean I have a bunch of other Asus MB's and most are solid as a rock when testing cold or hot.
Yeah, I've had to test single channel on a couple...
Wow, I hadn’t noticed that. That’s funny. No I didn’t use any tuning software, everything was set in the bios and then windows loaded normally. The memory wasn’t really clocked up much at all. ...
If you think about it most of these MBs are used with air or water cooling. Then a few are used with SS or cascade. Then maybe fewer are used with dice. Then just a very few out of the total are...
It could very well be the MB.
Yeah, my Crosshair IV Formula had about the same problem with a 1090T under dice but the Crosshair IV Extreme ran that 1090T ok under LN2.
The sad part...
Good luck with the replacement chip Dave.
Yeah, although the 4100 will keep running run just a little colder than the 8150 did. If I do a normal warm restart it will post at -135/140C or so but in Windows if during a test run if I get the...
