DDR 3 2000 really doesn't worth for 24/7, it offers really minimal performance increase and take a huge QPI voltage, I would keep it @ 1600MHz 7-7-7 with 1.3x QPI for 24/7

82c is pretty safe for i7 and it will run at this temp with LinX only.
From your bios template, you really don't need more than 1.800 CPU PLL.

Dynamic Vcore is working great, you have to set vcore to normal and adjust the DVID to get the same vcore you have before
EX: Before I use 1.33125v vcore, I get 1.296v idle vcore and 1.248v load...
