They would have to design a mount that does not conflict with the prongs that line up the plastic cover.
I had to cut off the metal prongs that stick up into the plastic housing of the card to fit...

Added a pull fan to the rad. Right now there is a H70 fan pushing and a Lian Li case fan pulling. I think it's like 37CFM with bad static...
Price from machine shop for 1st one is $15 to $20. A lot for a metal ring, but if I order 50 or 100 from the mass fab company down the street it will hopefully be $5 a piece. I will try to get an AMD...
