No, it does not. If I build a small, slim core that does 4-5GHz and performs as good as a big, broad core with 3-4GHz, you cannot compare them.

What? The FX-8350 is a 4 module CPU and it has 8 threads, whereas the SNB-E has 12 threads. But you know that and the thing here is FX-3850 > i7 3770k.
