While I have connected my external USB/e-SATA Seagate Freeagent Pro with an e-SATA cable and is being recognized as a SATA II and I changed it to AHCI my performance is not more than 21 MB/s average...

I closed my PC from the PSU and reopen it and it goes up to 3000 and more again. Maybe it wasn't fit right who knows. I hope I won't see it again.:confused:

I am having a sudden problem. My CPU Fan isn't going more than 1260 RPM having a result when the CPU goes up to 75 to start beeping etc.
