i used the bios from the second post. im not really sure if that was the problem but when i increased the the voltage to 1.046, the artifacts where gone. btw i'm using a msi reference card.

but i saw some flaw, when doing 3dmark06 particularly on the cpu bench stage im having artifacts. i believe the voltage was too low on the 2d settings so I changed it back...

yes it does, is that normal when you turn acc on auto? :confused: im really looking forward to unlock the 4th core but i wont get dissapointed if it's not since i bought it as an x3 not as an x4. :)

is this bios mod possible on other boards? the ones also using the ami type? any help would be much greatly appreciated.
