There is a chance that a 240 and a slim 120 is not enough to cool a 4870x2 and a core i7 very well. They should cool better than stock, but those are VERY hot parts!

It looks like you have the ISO set really low, and you're taking a picture by hand. If you don't have a tripod or something to lean the camera on/against to take the shot without holding it, try...
